Admission Procedure

Maharashtra Vinaanudan Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya Sanstha chalak Association advertises and admits students to college on the basis of merit and as per Shivaji University rules (50% open seats & 50% reserved seats).

Criteria for admission-
As per norms of Government of Maharashtra a graduate in any faculty from open category obtaining 50% marks and that of from reserved category with 45% marks is held eligible to apply.

Admissions are made according to following norms

The  50% seats of the total intake capacity are reserved for backward classes.

Subject wise seat’s

30 % Seats are reserved for women
02 % reservation for Son/Daughter/husband/wife of person in active military service and retired military serviceman.

Additional five marks are given to candidate completing two year NSS programme candidate completing two year NSS programme or certificate of passing the B/C N.C.C. certificate examination or participation in sports cultural programme at university level & state level.

Additional two percent marks will be given to candidates who are Son/Daughter/Husband Wife of a freedom fighter or a project/ earthquake affected family or destitute woman/ divorcee woman/widow
Additional percent will be given to candidates with P.G. degree or D.Ed./B.P.Ed.
